Placing Orders

When you have completed your purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to the email you entered during the checkout process. This email will detail the items purchased, the total price including shipping and tax, and a tracking number.

Eagles Beachwear retains the right to refuse or cancel any orders for various reasons, including unavailable items, payment processing errors, duplicate orders, incorrect prices, shipping miscalculations, or any other inaccurate information. 

Eagles Beachwear retains the right to refuse or cancel any orders whether or not the order has been confirmed or payment processed. In the event Eagles Beachwear cancels or refuses an order, a credit will be issued to the same account you made the order with (credit/debit card, checking/savings account). You will also receive an email citing the reason for the cancellation and will not be billed for any cancelled items.

 

Changing or Canceling an Order

Once an order has been placed, please contact Customer Service* immediately if changes are needed, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If we are unable to assist your change or cancellation and you do not wish to keep the items once you receive them, you may still return them by following our return instructions.

Eagles Beachwear does not guarantee any changes or cancelations will be made within the time periods provided, as they are simply estimates in part of the order process.

 

Payment Options

Eagles Beachwear accepts the following forms of payment:

  • Debit Card

  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)*

  • Gift Card

  • PayPal

Eagles Beachwear does NOT accept the following forms of payment:

  • Layaway

  • Money orders

  • Cash

  • Checks

*For security reasons, the billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. Eagles Beachwear reserves the right to cancel any order that does not meet those criteria.

 

Sales Tax

State law requires that we charge applicable sales tax on all orders shipped within South Carolina.

 

Shipping

We can ship to any address within the US. Please note that there are restrictions on some products that cannot be shipped to international destinations. Items that require special processing may also take longer to ship.

Items are only shipped during regular business days (Monday-Friday), excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders are typically shipped within 2-5 business days. Shipping estimates do not include processing, which usually takes up to 2 business days. Shipping cost will automatically compute during the checkout process. Please Note: Some products are not eligible for free shipping over $50.

If you select to upgrade your shipping for faster delivery, your order must be received and payment processed by 12:00pm (noon) EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day.

Items that are not In Stock may take longer to ship. If you place an order for multiple items, items may be shipped separately depending on stock availability and location. You will not be charged an additional shipping fee for any split shipments.

Different shipping methods are available depending on the location to which items will be delivered. 

United States (excluding Alaska & Hawaii):

  • Standard Delivery (2 to 8 business days)

  • Priority Delivery (1-3 business days)

  • Overnight Delivery (1 business day)

Eagles Beachwear is not responsible for items that are not received due to error by Shipper. Please contact Shipper directly with any concerns. 

 

Returns

Eagles Beachwear will provide refunds to customers who return products via U.S. mail. Items must be returned unused in their original condition and packaging within 10 days of an online purchase. Women’s swimwear must be unworn with the tags and liners attached, and all clothing must be unworn with tags attached. Eagles Beachwear reserves the right to refuse any return items that do not meet these criteria.

You should expect to receive a refund in 3 weeks or less from the time of return. This includes transit time, store refund and bank processing time. A restocking fee of 10% will also be charged on all returns.

To return an item, simply login to YOUR ACCOUNT and select the order using the “Complete Orders” link. Click the “Return Item(s)” button. We will notify you via email if your return has been accepted and you will be provided with further instructions.

If we shipped you the wrong item or you received damaged items upon arrival, please contact Customer Service* immediately. Eagles Beachwear assumes the responsibility for return shipping costs for items that meet these criteria only.
